Register as a Contributor (STARTER)

Create your profile and receive a unique European ID. You start on a free STARTER plan with a limited number of listings (the limit is visible in your dashboard).

Confirmation and “Verified” badge

Confirm your email address. Optionally complete additional verification (for example phone/company/documents) to receive a public Verified badge that increases trust.

Submit a property

Use the 8-step wizard to submit an industrial or commercial property. AI tools built into the form can generate a description, suggest a price, and create SEO metadata.

AI quality check

AI evaluates quality, completeness, and data accuracy. You receive recommendations to improve your listing before final submission.

Review and publication

After team review, your listing is published on the platform. From that point, you can start receiving inquiries.

Recognition and VIP tools

Your points and activity earn recognition (leaderboards and success stories), but access to modules is determined only by your plan. Upgrade to a VIP plan when you need full access to all tools.

Automatic translation for missing languages

On approval/publish and on sync after edits, the platform auto-fills EN/DE/RU for Name, Title, Description, and Location if they are missing. It never overwrites translations you already entered.

Public Microsite (VIP)

Personal subdomain profile

With a VIP plan you can create your public page with your own slug (for example your-name.propelia.eu). The page can be enabled or disabled at any time.

Slug updates and duplicate protection

If you want to change the domain name part, enter a new slug and save. The system checks availability in real time and on save, and blocks reserved names to prevent conflicts.

Automatic public link and QR code

The public URL and QR code are generated automatically from your current slug, so you can share your page immediately online and offline.

Direct inquiries from your page

Visitors can send inquiries directly from your microsite. You receive notifications and can continue communication from your dashboard.

How much does it cost to become a contributor?

Registration is free (STARTER). The VIP plan is an annual subscription that unlocks all tools.

What are the verification requirements?

Email confirmation is mandatory. Additional checks may be required for the “Verified” badge depending on profile type.

How long does property approval take?

The AI check is immediate. Team review usually takes 24–48 business hours.

How do points and recognition work?

Points are used for recognition (leaderboards/success stories). Points do not unlock modules; access is STARTER/VIP only.

Can I edit a published property?

Yes, you can update listing information. Some changes may require a new review.

What happens if a property is duplicated?

The system detects potential duplicates by coordinates and address. Duplicate submissions may be returned for correction or rejected.

How does the URL for my microsite page work?

The URL is generated from your slug. With subdomain mode enabled, your page uses the format your-slug.propelia.eu, and the system can also support a fallback URL when needed.

Can I change my slug and how is duplication prevented?

Yes. Enter a new slug and save. Availability is checked in real time and again on save, and reserved names are blocked to avoid conflicts.

What happens to the QR code and inquiries for microsite pages?

The QR code is generated from your current public URL. Visitors can send direct inquiries from your microsite form, and you receive notifications in your dashboard.

Can AI help me fill in the submission form?

Yes. During submission, AI tools generate a description, suggest a price, and produce SEO metadata. All suggestions are editable before publishing.

How does the Share Center work?

Available for every published listing — generates platform captions, a downloadable share pack, and distributes across connected channels. For unlisted platforms, submit a feature request.

Do I need to translate the listing into all languages?

No. It’s enough to complete one language well. If EN/DE/RU are missing, the platform will auto-fill them on publish.

Will the system overwrite my translations?

No. Auto-translation fills only empty fields. If you already provided a translation, it stays unchanged.

When does auto-translation run?

On approval/publish and during sync after you edit your listing.
