Responsible AI in Property Presentation

A practical set of boundaries: assist, verify, disclose and correct — without automated legal, financial or valuation conclusions.

Assist, do not invent

AI can help organise supplied information or propose wording, but a generated sentence is not a source. Every fact, measurement, cost, status and limitation must come from a trusted record or remain clearly marked for review.

Keep a human approval boundary

A reviewer checks the source data, the generated prose and the final presentation before publication. The reviewer can reject a suggestion, correct it or leave the field unresolved. No automated step should decide legal status, financial suitability, valuation or authenticity.

Protect context and privacy

Use only the information needed for the task. Avoid placing unnecessary personal or confidential client data into an assistance workflow. Separate source fields from generated text so corrections can be traced.

Correct openly

When a fact changes, update the source record and review every derived language version. Keep a correction note where the change affects a reader’s understanding. Responsible use means traceability, restraint and human accountability.
