Where assistance can help

Machine assistance can suggest a draft, identify repeated fields and help compare versions. It does not know whether a measurement was entered correctly, whether a legal term fits the jurisdiction or whether a local place name has the intended meaning.

High-risk terms

Review areas, units, currencies, fees, energy labels, ownership wording, planning status, access descriptions and amenities. A small language change can change the factual meaning.

A human workflow

  1. Keep the source-language record authoritative.
  2. Generate a draft and mark every uncertain segment.
  3. Review numbers, negations, units and legal-status terms.
  4. Compare the final text with the source and record approval.

Publication boundary

A translated listing is not publication-ready merely because it reads fluently. The responsible reviewer must be able to explain where each important fact came from.
